PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The conversions of the former Boys & Girls Club into Legacy Prep Charter School heralds a new chapter in educational excellence. This project aims to transform the existing 27,000 square foot building into a dynamic middle school campus serving grades 6-8, with a capacity for up to 500 students.

DCS is providing civil engineering services to ensure the successful conversion of the facility. Key considerations include site access and circulation, site grading, utility systems design, and stormwater management, all aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of the school and enhancing the safety and well-being of its occupants. By leveraging our expertise in civil engineering, we aim to create a campus that not only fosters academic growth but also prioritizes safety, sustainability, and community engagement.
