Bolaji serves as the President of Dynamic Civil Solutions (DCS), a civil and transportation engineering firm headquartered in Birmingham. Bolaji received multiple degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB): a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Mathematics. As a licensed professional in multiple states, Bolaji possesses extensive experience on many civil site, roadway and transportation projects. Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the firm, community, and family, Bolaji’s leadership is marked by excellence. Under Bolaji’s leadership, DCS has made a substantial impact on Alabama, contributing to numerous prominent projects throughout the state. One client describes Bolaji as one who “has a dynamic and engaging personality and is a pleasure to work with because he does a first-class job.” Beyond professional achievements, Bolaji is known for his infectious smile and commitment to philanthropy. Rowland Jackins is a seasoned Professional Land Surveyor with over 40 years of extensive field and office experience across the state of Alabama. Throughout his career, he has contributed to thousands of projects, spanning boundaries, construction layouts, and various design, residential, and commercial surveys. Rowland's journey in the profession has been enriched by the mentorship of senior surveyors who generously shared their knowledge. With over two decades of private practice, he has honed his ability to anticipate and cater to the needs of clients engaging a surveyor. Now, Rowland is thrilled to apply this wealth of experience to his role at Dynamic Civil Solutions. He is deeply committed to ensuring that every interaction with a surveyor is a positive one, leaving a favorable impression on the profession as a whole. In Rowland's view, surveyors are pillars of trustworthiness and hard work, and he aims to instill this perception in the general public.

Director, Transportation
Dayla Baugh, P.E. is a seasoned Transportation Engineer with over 20 years of experience in planning, design, and project management. Her work spans across the state of Alabama and the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, where she has led infrastructure projects ranging from major highway improvements to community-focused revitalization efforts. Dayla has played key roles in a wide variety of transportation projects, including the I-65 Widening, downtown revitalization initiatives, infrastructure rehabilitation following Hurricane Katrina, multi-use trail systems in the City of Birmingham, and numerous roadway improvement programs throughout the region. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University and remains an enthusiastic supporter of her alma mater. Outside of work, Dayla enjoys music, singing in her church choir, reading, and being a proud mom to three children and five dachshunds.

Norman Hill is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the civil engineering industry. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Mobile. Over the last 40 years, Mr. Hill has developed a passion for business development and has become a sought-after expert in his field. As the Director of Business Development at Dynamic Civil Solutions, he plays a key role in the company's growth and success. Mr. Hill is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. He works closely with the company's leadership team to align business goals with customer needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Outside of work, Norman loves to play golf.

Kaleb is the Project Controls & Operations Manager at Dynamic Civil Solutions. A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Regional Planning and Urban Development. Kaleb brings more than eight years of experience supporting complex operational and technical programs, along with additional training in project management principles, executive planning, and process improvement methodologies. His background includes developing integrated schedules, tracking risk and performance metrics, improving workflow consistency, and ensuring alignment across teams. Ken Blanchard assumes the role of Survey Crew Chief at Dynamic Civil Solutions. Proficient in utilizing specialized surveying equipment such as the robotic total station, digital level, GPS unit, manual total station, and site level, Ken brings a wealth of experience to his role. His expertise spans various surveying activities, including control surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, construction layout, and as-built documentation. Ken is dedicated to ensuring precision and accuracy in surveying measurements. His commitment to excellence and mastery of diverse surveying techniques make him a valuable asset to the Dynamic Civil Solutions team. William Rundell Curtis is a Project Manager for Dynamic Civil Solutions. He has 30 years experience with all aspects of civil engineering and site development. Providing unique and innovative solutions to complex problems, from planning and zoning, to design development, to permitting and approvals, construction administration. Mr. Curtis has been instrumental in the completion of many civil projects with tight time constraints. He has been the Lead Designer and Project Manager on multi-million dollar projects with local and state agencies. Many clients would describe Rundell as a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and innovative solutions to problems that arise during the course of complicated projects.

Terrance Hudgins
Senior Inspector
Terrance Hudgins is a engineering inspector with more than a decade of experience supporting roadway and infrastructure projects across Alabama. He brings extensive expertise in ALDOT construction inspection, contractor compliance, field and laboratory testing, and detailed project documentation. Known for his strong communication skills and collaborative approach, Terrance works closely with engineers, contractors, and state officials to maintain project quality, resolve field issues, and keep construction activities aligned with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Outside of work, Terrance enjoys traveling, exploring different breweries, and watching basketball and football games.

Andy Khay is a part-time CAD Technician at Dynamic Civil Solutions supporting survey and civil design efforts. Originally from Grove City, Ohio, he earned a Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama and is currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree at UAB. He began working in AutoCAD in high school and is motivated by contributing to projects he can see and be proud of. Khan Khay
CAD Technician
Originally from Cambodia, Khan Khay moved to the United States as a child and grew up in Columbus, Ohio. With a strong interest in design, he earned a CAD/CAM Certificate in high school and began his career creating exhibit drawings for permits and easement documents. At Team Fishel, he honed his expertise in AutoCAD, producing survey drawings, utility designs, and plans for government projects. His leadership skills earned him a promotion to CAD Supervisor, where he oversaw project workflows and secured permits for various clients. In 2010, Khan transitioned to self-employment, specializing in land survey drawings and fiber optic route designs and relocated to Alabama in 2020. He joined Dynamic Civil Solutions as a CAD Technician, focusing on ALTA Surveys, Survey Plats, and Topographical Surveys. Outside of work, Khan enjoys playing video games, hiking, and spending summer days at the beach watching the waves.

Transportation Engineer
Noah "Izzy" Rowell, from Gardendale, AL, is a Transportation Engineer for Dynamic Civil Solutions. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Noah brings fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to our projects. During his time at UAB, Noah was a dedicated member of the Marching Blazers for four years, playing the baritone, and also performed with the Blazer Band on both the baritone and sousaphone. In addition to his musical pursuits, Noah has been an active sister of Tau Beta Sigma since Fall 2022, which promotes music education and supporting local communities. Working at DCS, Noah is gaining valuable real-world experience that complements his academic studies and will equip him with a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field of civil engineering.
