PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project involves the design and construction of a new headquarters for the Office for Regional Conference Ministries located on the campus of Oakwood University. The facility will be a 32,000 square foot mixed use; office and assembly space building.

The civil engineering services provided include site design, grading, storm drainage and detention design, utility services, erosion control and the addition of a turn lane. The project features unique storm water features, such as Japanese rain chains and garden bridges.

The new facility will provide a modern and efficient home for the Office for Regional Conference Ministries. This project is an exciting endeavor for Oakwood University and the surrounding community.
