PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Along with increased enrollment and bus route changes, parking on the University of Alabama campus has been a concern shared by faculty, staff and students. As part of an effort to meet the increasing demand for parking spaces, the University of Alabama embarked on the East Campus Commuter Parking Lot, a 10-acre development, to add approximately one thousand (1000) new parking spaces to its parking inventory. Dynamic Civil Solutions was selected 2012 as the Engineer of record for this project. The parking lot is located north of the Capstone School of Nursing and west of McFarland Boulevard.

Engineering services include civil site design, site grading and drainage plan, storm water quality design, erosion and sediment control plans, utility systems design, civil construction details and construction administration.
