Transportation Project Engineer:
The Transportation Project Engineer will serve as a key member of our transportation team, contributing to high-impact public and private roadway and transportation projects across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing construction documents and supporting the design and delivery of public infrastructure projects for local and state agency clients. Core responsibilities include preparing plans, reports, maps, drawings, cross-sections, and specifications associated with roadway, drainage, and traffic control improvements. Civil Project Engineer:
The Civil Engineer will serve as a key member of our site design team, contributing to high-impact public and private development projects across the region. The role involves preparing construction documents and technical reports, collaborating with project managers and design staff, and producing design plans that address grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting requirements. This position requires strong design proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Project Controls & Operations Manager:
The Project Controls & Operations Manager will serve as the internal owner of operational discipline and project delivery consistency at DCS. This full-time role is ideal for an AEC professional preferably with a background in civil engineering projects who enjoys organizing project data, building and maintaining dashboards, auditing QA/QC workflows, and enforcing consistency across file structures and internal templates.
This is not a client-facing or design production role. Instead, it is a high-impact internal position focused on supporting ownership by improving visibility into project health, keeping deliverables on track, and elevating operational excellence firm-wide.
